Every class is different, so routines never get boring. I was ill for a long time, and when I recovered, had no muscle tone and walked like I was 80 years old. Elizabeth's classes have helped me return to health, strength and (relative) youth. She tailored exercises to my abilities and constraints when I was recovering and helped by talking through the way to do the moves correctly. I am now completely reliant on Elizabeth's classes and try to arrange my travel schedule around class meetings. Believe me-Elizabeth's body sculpting and fitness classes really work, are fun and always challenging, and will make you feel and look better. This is the first time in my life that I have ever stuck to an exercise program of any kind. It's because of Elizabeth Haselkorn and her teaching style and how she keeps the class focused on what we are doing. Every class is a little different, which I really like, so I never get bored & the music is great! Elizabeth obviously puts a lot of time into planning & preparing for the class and she keeps the class moving and very upbeat. I love that it starts promptly and ends on time and that she counts all of the reps. for us so that we are able to really focus on what we are doing. She keeps an eye on everyone to make sure that they are doing it properly and is excellent at describing how to correctly lift the weights & do the moves. --I have known Elizabeth Haselkorn in her capacity as a personal trainer, for the last 8 years. I have taken 1 on 1 training sessions with her, small group classes and 2 and 3 person training sessions. In whatever capacity I have utilized Elizabeth's training, I have always found her to be one of the most highly disciplined, motivating and conscientious trainers that I have ever known. When I have traveled, she has prepared written personal instructions for "road work". When I have been injured, she has prepared special routines to help aid in recovery, and not lose what I had already gained. She has listened to me moan and groan, and still found a way to motivate me. In eight years she has never once been late, and always arrives with a huge smile and positive outlook. Elizabeth keeps on top of all fitness trends, but is not swayed by fads. She tweaks and adjusts as necessary, to suit her clients' capabilities and goals. Her skills have also transferred to my teenage children and husband at various times when they needed some extra training for specific sports conditioning. She gave each of us what we needed. Beyond her innate intelligence and fitness skills, Elizabeth is one of those rare breed of people who bring optimism, professionalism and integrity into everything she does.
