Initial visit/consultation The initial visit will be either a one-on-one personal session or a phone session depending upon your location, availability and interest. This will be a chance to discuss goals, determine current level of fitness, and provide us the information we need to create a personalized fitness plan for your workouts at the gym or at home (depending on interest, time constraints and willingness). This is the time to discuss basic philosophies about health, fitness, eating, and motivation. eHaselkorn Training is not about the quick fix! Good health and fitness are a life-long journey. The goal is to devise a program that the client can embrace and adopt for the long haul. To be truly effective, the program should have an element of personal accountability for the client. eHaselkorn Training is there to guide, encourage and support our clients. This is done via email, phone calls and scheduled follow-up sessions. Following the initial session there is follow-up and support via phone and email. The client will be able to ask questions, address concerns, receive encouragement, and modify the training plan initially provided. The most effective fitness plans incorporate variety - working different muscles, and working them in different ways. Every 4 to 6 weeks, eHaselkorn Training will modify/update the original fitness plan, answer any questions about form or technique, and provide any additional support that may be needed.
